Vincent Thomas Connors began his formal art training at the University of Pennsylvania in 1997, graduating with a BA in Fine Arts and a concentration in sculpture. He went on to pursue design at the Academy of Art in San Francisco, focusing on Fashion and Textiles. Until 2015, he worked in the fashion and textiles industries in New York, Southern California and Shanghai, China. In 2015 he established the Devaux Ranch Studio in Carneros to once again focus on his Fine Art pursuits.

After the destruction of the studio in the 2017 Tubbs fire, he relocated to the Rutherford district to set up a satellite site for his art creation. Versed in a number of mediums, his work explores themes of the natural and industrial worlds, such as the potential harmony that exists between nature and human beings. Creating work in the Napa Valley wine growing region, the landscape and materials of the local agricultural industry provide ample inspiration for this exploration.
